Each well contains 30 mg of WAX sorbent, which is a polymeric reversed-phase, weak anion exchange mixed-mode sorbent. It is specifically batch-selected for optimal oligonucleotide selectivity and recovery, making it suitable for the extraction of oligonucleotides and related DNA/RNA therapeutics from complex biological matrices.
