The Grainger 16N060 is a 16 oz. dead blow plastic hammer with a 2-1/2 inch diameter striking face. It has a hollow head filled with steel and lead shot to prevent rebound and absorb shock. The hammer has a fiberglass handle that provides durability. This hammer allows the user to deliver heavy blows without marring the surface and is well-suited for assembling delicate materials or working in tight spaces. The hammer weighs approximately 1.1 lbs.
