You also have the flexibility to load your sample in six different ways.This 350g high capacity column has the separation capacity of a 700g standard capacity column.Sfär means “Sphere” in the Swedish mother tongue of Biotage, and is the name for our columns as they contain spherical silica with higher surface area compared to irregular silica. Which means you use a smaller column with tight elution bands and pure fractions.Sfär columns are quality tested for separation efficiency and peak symmetry. Biotage Sfär DLV Column with 10g of Silicia
Biotage DLV (Dry Load Vessel) systems provide a convenient in-line means for introducing samples. Users adsorb liquid samples onto the 10 grams of pre-packed adsorbent inside the DLV and then attach to any Biotage Sfar column or flash chromatography column with luer fittings. Biotage DLVs work well on Biotage Sfar Duo columns when larger quantities of sorbant material are needed.Come in a pack of 20. These vessels come pre-packed with 10 grams of silica gel and have approximately 10 mL of headspace to accomdate liquid loading.Compatible with Biotage DLV plunger, part number DLV-025
