The GTxResolve Premier SEC 1000Å, 3 μm, 4.6 x 30 mm Guard is manufactured with low adsorption MaxPeak HPS hardware and novel bridged ethylene HO-PEO particles. It is designed to support high recovery analyses of 200 to 800Å diameter GTx drugs, including mRNA, LNPs, and viral vectors. This optimized 4.6 x 30 mm Guard is intended for use with both 4.6 and 7.8 mm ID analytical columns to ensure long column lifetimes.
