The EXP™ Guard Column cartridge system is rated to 15,000psi with hand-tight replaceable cartridges. This unique design connects directly to any UHPLC column with the auto-adjusting Titanium Hybrid Ferrule and EXP™ Fittings, providing repeated zero-dead-volume connections and easy adjustability between various column types. Free-Turn™ architecture allows the user to change cartridges by hand without breaking fluid connections on the holder inlet/ outlet. The combination of low-dispersion and ultra high-pressure capabilities provides effective protection with negligible effects on retention time, plate count, and peak shape. Use with EXP™ Direct Connect and In-line Holders.

Antibodix columns are specially designed for high resolution, high efficiency and high recovery separations of antibodies. The packing support is composed of a rigid, spherical, highly cross-linked poly(styrene divinylbenzene) (PS/DVB) non-porous bead. The non-porous resin has particle size of 1.7, 3, 5 and 10 µm. The PS/DVB resin surface is grafted with a highly hydrophilic, neutral polymer thin layer with the thickness in the range of nanometer. On the top of the hydrophilic layer, weak cation-exchange functional groups are attached via a proprietary chemistry, resulting in high capacity ion-exchange layer.

These Guard Column Cartridges are packed with 5µm, Cogent RP C18™ Wide Pore Stationary Phase. Designed to protect your 3.0, 4.0 or 4.6mm ID, RP C18, Analytical Columns from particulate and contaminants that will adsorb to it. They are packed in Stainless Steel Tubes and have Stainless Steel Frits that are pressed into PEEK Frit Caps. These Guard Column Cartridges must be used with a Guard Column Holder.
