The Grainger 16X721 Wire Rope Locking Stud has a right hand thread, is made of alloy steel, and has a working load limit of 1,250 lbs. It is designed for terminating wire rope by inserting it through the eye and swaging. The stud's dimensions are 0.5" diameter x 1.75" length. It can be used in rigging applications. The stud should be installed using the proper swaging tools for secure wire rope termination. Proper installation helps prevent wire rope slippage and failure.
