Grainger Thread Mill 1/4 3/8 -18 Carbide
The Micro 100 16R668 is a 1/4" diameter, 3/4" long, 4 flute carbide thread mill with a right hand spiral flute. It has a TiAlN coating and can cut 60-62 HRC materials. The thread mill has a 1/4"-28 UNF shank and can cut thread sizes from #10-24 through 5/16"-18. It has a neck relief below the thread for improved chip flow. The thread mill is made in the USA and has AlTiN nano coating for heat and wear resistance when cutting steel alloys.
Grainger Ball End Mill Single End 0.60mm Carbide
The Micro 100 Ball End Mill Carbide is a 2-flute ball end mill made of solid carbide with a TiAlN coating. It has a 1/4" shank diameter, 1/2" cutting diameter, and 2" overall length. The ball end geometry allows milling of 3D contoured surfaces. This end mill is designed for general purpose milling in most material groups like steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and plastics. It provides good chip evacuation and can mill up to 50% radial engagement and 25% axial engagement. The TiAlN coating reduces heat and friction for faster cutting. The end mill has center cutting geometry for plunge cuts into material. It is manufactured in the USA by Micro 100 Tooling.
