LI COR BIOTECH LLC Odyssey Tris-MOPS-SDS Running Buffer Powder (pack of 5)
Odyssey MES SDS Running Buffer is formulated for running Odyssey Mini Gels or similar bis-tris gels. This buffer is ideal for separating small- and mid-sized proteins during PAGE and SDS-PAGE. For separation of large- to medium-sized proteins, we recommend using Odyssey Tris-MOPS SDS Buffer instead. Each box includes 5 individual packs of powder. Reconstitute each pack with 1000 ml deionized water to make 1X running buffer. Do not use acid or base to adjust the pH.

Odyssey Mini Gels are polyacrylamide gels designed to separate a wide range of protein sizes via PAGE or SDS-PAGE. Each box contains 10 pre-cast gels. Our gels feature larger well volumes for easier sample loading and are cast in a neutral pH buffer to increase gel stability. They also run at neutral pH, which minimizes protein modification compared to Tris-glycine gels. Odyssey Mini Gels are available in several gradients with 10, 12, or 15 numbered wells. Our gels feature a shelf life of up to 6 months at room temperature and 12 months at 2–8C.

The Coxreels Hand Crank Hose Reel is a 200 ft capacity hose reel made of steel with a powder coat finish. It features a slip ring design to prevent hose kinking, an adjustable hose guide, and a hand crank rewind with a 4:1 gear ratio for easy retraction. This industrial-grade hose reel can hold 5/8" or 3/4" ID hose up to 200 ft in length. It has a max working pressure of 300 PSI and includes mounting hardware for wall or ceiling installation. The reel dimensions are 24"L x 24"W x 12"D.
