Chemical resistant coating makes these manual crimpers a great choice for laboratories. Adjustable height crimping jaws are made of a special, hardened alloy that produces a long life. The height of the crimp is easily adjusted by screwing up or down the pressure block in the crimping head with the supplied hex key. The maximum crimping pressure is controlled by the adjustable screw in the handle. Recommended for aluminum pressure relief (tear off seals) caps but not all steel crimp caps.
