Alkali Scientific™ H3D1020 Mini Nutating Rocker
These platform shakers provide a 3-dimensional “nutating” motion for moderately aggressive mixing. Two platform sizes and two rubber mat configurations allow for thorough, foam-free mixing in blood tubes and centrifuge tubes, as well as in a variety of flat vessels. Both models come standard with autoclavable impled mats for tubes. Optional flat mats areavailable for mixing other vessel types. Stacking platforms are also available, effectively doubling the usable surface area of each model. Even the smallest single platform configuration has 24% more platform work surface than traditional nutating mixers. The MiniMixer™ and BioMixer™ can handle loads up to 2kg. Both have maintenance free brushless motors and are safe for use in cold rooms and incubators.

The grooved design of the included rubber mat properly secures all tube sizes ranging from 1.5 to 50ml,without the use of added straps or bands. There are no complicated controls, no settings or adjustments to be made; just press the power switch and let it rock. Small in size (only 5 x 13 inches) and able to with stand temperatures from 4ºC to 65ºC, the TubeRocker Mini is small enough to fit on any lab bench and can conveniently be placed inside a cold room, refrigerator or laboratory incubator.

The Bellco Rocker Platforms provide a gentle uniform rocking motion, required for even coverage of media over mono-layer cell cultures, thereby maximizing cellular health and viability. Viral suspensions introduced onto a mono-layer of cells will yield higher virus titers. Additionally, rocker platforms are ideal for performing staining and destaining of gel and filter assays. They are engineered to operate between 0 to 12 oscillations per minute. Units are delivered with either a 25 x 25 cm or 51 x 51 cm tray. Additional interchangeable trays are also available..
