It is specifically designed to handle the more viscous materials. The totally enclosed non-ventilated motor, keeps corrosive fumes and dust out for a long and trouble free service life. The permanent magnet DC motor provides maximum constant torque through entire speed range. The eye level heavy cast aluminum control box is integrated with the motor and has an on/off switch along with a speed control knob. Stirrer is protected from overload with a manually resettable circuit breaker. Electric stirrer is supplied complete with a 9/16" Diameter x 10" long aluminum support rod, 6ft 3-wire grounded plug, and a 3/8” diameter x 12” long stirrer shaft having a 2-1/2" diameter stainless steel propeller..

The Century motor face should be installed by a qualified technician.
