The scraper is ideal for target point samples from a specific plane. Despite its effective scraping edge, it is suitable for use in narrow openings from 1.26 in. (32 mm) (1.26 in.) diameter. The Mini powder sampler is a small volume stainless steel sampler.
When the button is pressed, a sampling rod enters the sample material and retracts when the button is released. A fixed amount of sample material is enclosed in the sampling notch of the rod and removed.
The sampler accurately collects sample volumes of 0.01 ml (0.0003 oz.), 0.05 ml (0.002 oz.) and 0.1 ml (0.003 oz.), depending on the model.
With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm (11.81 in.), multiple target point samples can be collected at different depths.
The small volume powder sampler is made of high quality stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (316L/316Ti).
