Quite small sample quantities (10 ml (0.34 oz.)) can be taken with MicroDispo. Especially in pharmaceutical applications it often happens that only a small quantity can or should be extracted for analysis. Using the disposable sampler, precise target point samples can be taken of free-flowing powders and small-grain bulk materials.

These samplers are not only coloured blue but also have a special additive in the material that makes them visible to metal detectors or X rays. These products can therefore be rejected with standard systems for checking for foreign objects, even though they are made of plastic.

The food scoop is ideal for powders, granulates and pastes.
The shade of blue that is used does not occur in a natural form in foodstuffs. Because of this, blue products or parts of them can be quickly found and easily identified in a visual check if they are ever mixed into production.
The use of blue tools thus helps to meet the requirements of the HACCP hazard analysis and assessment in reference to foreign objects. This is an important criterion, especially in food processing and production and in the animal feed and pharmaceutical industry.

The detectable disposable funnel, made of blue polystyrene, is produced in cleanroom class 7 (10,000), individually packaged for single use, and sterilized.
Besides its blue color, it contains an additive that makes it visible to metal detectors and X-rays, allowing rejection by standard foreign object detection systems despite being plastic.
Ideal for reliably filling bottles and containers with narrow openings, the funnel prevents liquid or free-flowing solid loss during transfer.
Produced in cleanrooms, it features a suspension eye and venting fins to ensure uniform flow while pouring.
Combined with filter paper, the funnel is also suitable for filtering applications.

In addition to the blue color, these samplers have a special additive in the material that makes them visible in metal detectors or by X-ray. Although they are made of plastic, these products can therefore be sorted out using the usual systems for checking for foreign bodies.
The spoon with curved spoon bowl is suitable for a wide variety of media, e.g. powders, granulates, pastes or liquids. The angled spoon shape makes it easy to reach the corners of a container. The long-handled plastic scoop allows larger containers to be emptied easily and can also reach places that are difficult to access, e.g. narrow-necked canisters.
