Conikal DC Nebulizer 1.0mL/min, includes UniFit Connector with 0.50mm ID x 1.6mm OD x 700mm long tubing (1 pc) and DC Gas Fitting Type 21 with ratchet connector (1 pc). Compatible with Perkin Elmer Optima ICP-OES.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7L/min and sample flow rate is 1.0mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 1.0mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read approximately 40 psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate. The Conikal nebulizer is a high-performance, general use glass nebulizer, that tolerates up to 5% TDS and 75um particulates.Replacement parts include P/Ns 502702959 and 70-803-1070.Recommend nebulizer maintenance tools are Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) and Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N NC9462559). Pure metal and compounds standards are suitable for electron-beam energy dispersive or wavelength dispersive X-ray microanalysis systems. The standards are polished to a 0.25 micron diamond finish and carbon coated and are supplied with fully authenticated certificates of analyses and a location map for standard identification.
A Faraday Cup, for accurate specimen current measurements is available as an optional extra on all mounts. The standards are mounted in brass holders.
