These diamond knives are for use at cryo temperatures. The knives have a 45 degree angle and section thickness range 0.2 - 5 micron. The histo-cryo knives are delivered in boats for wet cryo sectioning and triangular holders for dry cryo sectioning, made of a special copper/nickel alloy, which guarantees the best heat/cold transmission.
