Chameleon™ COLOREX™ LIM RambaQUICK™ StrepB (RUO) is a selective enrichment broth designed to reduce the growth of Enterococci, while allowing growth of Group B Streptococcus (GBS). Test specimens include vaginal and vaginal-rectal swabs followed by subculture. Further identification, susceptibility testing, and epidemiological typing should be performed on suspect colonies.
