The Aurora Biolabs KRAS G12V c-RAF Binding Assay Kit is a TR-FRET based assay used to quantify binding between active KRAS G12V and the Ras Binding Domain (RBD) of c-RAF. The KRAS protein is preloaded with GTP and recognized by a terbium-labeled anti-Tag2 antibody (HTRF donor), while the c-RAF-RBD is labeled with a fluorescent acceptor. Upon binding, FRET occurs and emission at 665nm is measured. This assay provides a robust method for screening inhibitors that block KRAS effector interactions. Ideal for oncology research and drug discovery, each kit contains reagents for 384 reactions.
