HMy2.CIR [C1R, HMy2.C1R] is a B lymphoblast cell line that was isolated from a patient. This cell line was deposited by P Cresswell and can be used in immunology research.

Vibrio campbellii strain BB886 is a whole-genome sequenced bacterium that was derived from Vibrio campbellii strain BB120 (ATCC BAA-1116). This culture is one of several strains included in a “quorum sensing kit” (ATCC MP-6) developed by the depositor. This strain has the genotype luxPQ::tn5kAN. It is a mutant sensor strain that responds only to the AI-1 autoinducer.

4T1.2 is a cell line with epithelial-like morphology that was isolated in 1998 from the breast of a Balb/cfC3H mouse, mimicking Stage IV breast cancer in patients. Identified as a single cell clone of 4T1 (ATCC CRL-2539) with high propensity to metastasize spontaneously to bone, causing fractures and/or hind limb paralysis. Primary tumor growth properties similar to those of 4T1. It has applications for cancer research and is used for analysis of genes that regulate metastasis of breast cancer and/or drugs that might reduce spontaneous metastasis in immune competent Balb/c mice.

This cell line was deposited by SW Russell and can be used in assay development.
