Bone marrow aspirate is collected in 78 IU/mL (nominal) porcine heparin anti- coagulant and filled to deliver 10-100mL, depending on the volume ordered. Total nucleated cells (TNC) in our whole bone marrow products are composed of, on average, 70% granulocytes, 9% T cells, 3% B cells, 5% monocytes, and 0.8% CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). Actual TNC concentration and cell type percentages vary from collection to collection.

Primary Human Lung Fibroblast (ACBRI 469 V) were initiated from normal human lung tissue. Unlike cells from other providers, Cell Systems primary cells are isolated without antibody labels for enhanced biological relevance. Each vial contains ~1 x 10^6 cells with 85-92% viability under ideal conditions. They are available at Passage 3 (<12 cumulative population doublings) and will initiate a Passage 4 cell culture in a 75 cm2 flask. Each vial of cells is shipped with Bac-Off (antibiotic) and CultureBoost (animal derived growth factors) at no additional cost.
