The R-PLEX Human Troponin T Cardiac Assay from Meso Scale Diagnostics is a multiplex immunoassay that quantitatively measures cardiac troponin T (cTnT) in human serum and plasma It utilizes electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection technology and provides high sensitivity and a wide dynamic range This assay allows for the rapid and accurate measurement of cTnT which is a biomarker used to aid in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction It requires only 50 L of sample and can be run on Meso Scale Diagnostics QuickPlex SQ 120 instrument providing results in under 2 hours The R-PLEX assay delivers superior performance compared to conventional troponin assays
