New England Biolabs, Inc. pTWIN1 Vector DNA – 10 µg
pTWIN1 is an E. coli expression vector designed for protein purification or for the isolation of proteins with an N-terminal cysteine and/or a C-terminal thioester. A polylinker in the vector is designed for the in-frame fusion of a target gene between the modified Ssp DnaB and Mxe GyrA inteins. The presence of the chitin binding domain from Bacillus circulans facilitates purification.
Clontech Labs 3P T-Vector pMD 20, 1 ug
pMD20 and pMD19 (Simple) T-Vectors are linearized PCR cloning vectors (cleaved by EcoRV) with single 3'-terminal thymidine residues (dT) at both ends. These T-overhangs at the cloning site improve the efficiency of ligation of PCR products that contain dA-overhangs. The inclusion of lacZ in these vectors allows blue/white screening for the detection of successful ligations.

pADL™-100 is a phagemid vector designed for high levels of display on the filamentous bacteriophage M13 or equivalent. This vector contains a PelB leader sequence followed by a full-length copy of the gene III sequence and a double-SfiI cloning site to introduce foreign polypeptides on the N-terminal side of the gene III protein. Expression of the fusion is under the tight control of a lac promoter. The presence of a strong RBS, a proteolysis-resistant linker without tags and the absence of amber stop codon all contribute to maximize display on pIII.
