Biotium MemBrite™ Fix 488/515 Cell Surface Staining Kit, 500 Reactions
MemBrite™ Fix Cell Surface Staining Kits are designed for covalently staining the surface of live cells to conveniently visualize cell boundaries in immunofluorescence experiments. MemBrite™ Fix are new covalent cell surface stains that react irreversibly with cell surface proteins for staining that can withstand formaldehyde or alcohol fixation, and detergent permeabilization. Unlike lectins such as WGA, which bind specific targets that may vary between cell types, MemBrite™ Fix dyes react widely with cell surface proteins. MemBrite™ Fix staining is rapid and non-toxic to cells, and because MemBrite™ Fix dyes are highly water soluble, they stain cells much more evenly than traditional lipophilic membrane dyes like DiO, DiI, PKH, Vybrant, or CellMask™. This kit has reagents sufficient for 500 labeling reactions. The kit contains 5 vials of MemBrite™ Fix 488/515. Each vial is sufficient for 20 uL of 1000X dye after DMSO reconstitution.
Biotium Phalloidin, CF350, 50 U
Phalloidin conjugates are actin filament stains for fixed and permeabilized cells. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. UV-excitable, blue fluorescent CF350 has excitation/emission at 347/448 nm.
Biotium CF647, Succinimidyl Ester
CF Dye Succinimidyl Esters (SE, also known as NHS esters) are amine-reactive fluorescent dyes. SE dyes are commonly used to label antibodies and other proteins on free amine groups, such as lysine residues. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red fluorescent CF647 dye has excitation/emission at 650/665 nm.

STEMCELL Technologies GloCell™ Fixable Viability Dye Violet 510, Size: 100 Tests
GloCell™ Fixable Viability Dye Violet 510 is a fluorescent cell viability dye for staining live/dead mammalian cells in applications such as flow cytometry. The dye irreversibly binds intracellular and cell surface amine groups and can be utilized prior to fixation, permeabilization, or cryopreservation. Cells with compromised plasma membranes become permeable to the GloCell™ dye, resulting in a greater fluorescence compared to live cells in a cell viability assay.GloCell™ Fixable Viability Dye Violet 510 is excited by the violet laser at 405 nm and it has a fluorescence emission maximum of 510 nm that can be detected using the 525/50 band pass filter used to detect AmCyan.
LICOR IRDye QC-1 NHS Ester (5.0 mg)
IRDye QC-1 is the first non-fluorescent (dark) quencher compatible with a wide range of visible and near-infrared fluorophores (~500-800 nm). It has the widest available quenching range, so you do not need to carefully match the donor's fluorescence spectrum with the acceptor's absorbance. IRDye QC-1 NHS ester can be used for FRET (fluorescence resonance energy transfer) applications such as protease assays. Recently, it has been paired with IRDye 800CW in optoacoustic studies.
Biotium LysoView™ 405, 1000X in DMSO
LysoView™ 405 is a blue fluorescent lysosome stain for live cells. It has excitation at 318 and 400 nm and emission at 464 nm, for detection in the DAPI or Pacific Blue channels.

Biotium CPM
CPM (full name: 7-diethylamino-3-(4'-maleimidylphenyl)-4-methylcoumarin) is probably the most widely used blue fluorescent thiol-reactive dye. This maleimide derivative of coumarin is essentially nonfluorescent until it reacts with thiols, making it possible to quantify thiols without a separation step. CPM is a good energy acceptor from tryptophan and a good energy donor to fluorescein.

Biotium Tyramide Amplification Kit with HRP Streptavidin and CF640R Tyramide
Tyramide amplification, sometimes called Catalyzed Reporter Deposition (CARD), is an enzyme-mediated detection method that uses the catalytic activity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to generate high density labeling of a target protein or nucleic acid sequence in situ. The tyramide amplification method has been reported to increase the sensitivity by up to 100-fold compared to the conventional avidin-biotinylated complex procedure. The kit contains HRP streptavidin CF640R dye tyramide. The dye has an excitation/emission of 642/662 nm. The kit contains sufficient reagent for 50-150 slides.
