LICOR IRDye 750 Maleimide Infrared Dye ( 0.5mg)
IRDye 750 Maleimide is an infrared dye with detection near 750 nm. Maleimide reactive group provides the functionality for labeling molecules that contain free sulfhydryl (–SH thiol) groups. This reactive group allows conjugation reactions to be performed at physiological pH. This dye is not suitable for use with LI-COR Odyssey Imaging Systems.

This labeling kit is for labeling 50-100 mug antibody with the far red fluorescent dye Cf647. Mix-n-Stain Cf dye antibody labeling kits are a revolutionary antibody labeling technology that permits one to label antibodies with our superior Cf dyes in 30 minutes without a purification step. The labeling procedure tolerates many common buffer components and antibody stabilizers. Cf647 is far-red fluorescent dye and one of an outstanding series of Cf dyes. Cf647 is spectrally similar to Alexa fluor(R) 647 and Cy(R)5 dyes. Cf dyes are superior to Alexa fluor(R) dyes and Cy(R) dyes for antibody labeling by having combined advantages in brightness photostability specificity and novel features ideal for in vivo imaging.

AEC is a widely used chromogen for immunohistochemical procedures. In the past, AEC chromogens required a water-soluble mounting media because it was soluble in organic solvents. Romulin AEC from Biocare produces a reddish-orange stain. However, it is not soluble in alcohol or xylene-and can be coverslipped just like DAB. It does not fade with permanent mounting media such as PermountTM. When in the presence of a peroxidase enzyme, Romulin AEC produces a reddish-orange stain. This product comes in a 4-component system consisting of ready-to-use buffer, stabilizer, chromogen and hydrogen peroxide.

Reveal Decloaker is a heat retrieval solution that is suitable for most antibody-antigen staining and reduces non-specific background staining, blocks endogenous peroxidase and removes mercury crystals. Reveal Decloaker can be used with Biocare's digital electric pressure cooker (Decloaking Chamber), a steamer, a water bath, or a microwave oven. For many antibodies, titers are doubled and background staining is significantly reduced when compared to citrate buffer, pH 6.0. Reveal Decloaker incorporates Assure technology, a color-coded high temperature pH indicator solution. The end-user is assured by visual inspection that the solution is at the correct dilution and pH. This product is specially formulated for superior pH stability at high temperatures and will help prevent the possibility of losing pH sensitive antigens. Reveal Decloaker is non-toxic, non-flammable, odorless and sodium azide and thimerosal free.
