Sulfo-Cy5 azide is a water-soluble, azide-functionalized Cy5 fluorescent dye designed for bioconjugation and imaging applications. It is used for labeling biomolecules (including RNA) via click chemistry and provides bright red/far-red fluorescence suitable for microscopy and flow cytometry.

Biotium CD5(Cris-1), CF488A conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
Recognizes a 67 kDa transmembrane protein, which is identified as CD5 (HLDA I; WS Code T 29HLDA III; WS Code T 530). The CD5 antigen is found on 95% of thymocytes and 72% of peripheral blood lymphocytes. In lymph nodes, the main reactivity is observed in T cell areas. Anti-CD5 is a pan T-cell marker that also reacts with a range of neoplastic B-cells, e.g. chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), mantle cell lymphoma, and a subset (~10%) of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. CD5 aberrant expression is useful in making a diagnosis of mature T-cell neoplasms.Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF405S and CF405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.

CD117, also known as c-kit, is a member if the immunoglobin superfamily. It is a receptor tyrosine kinase that is expressed on hematopoietic progenitor cells. It binds to the c-kit ligand KITLG/SCF and has roles in cell survival and cell proliferation. Upon ligand binding, it activates a number of signaling pathways. Actin is a major component of the cytoskeleton and is present in most cell types. This MAb is highly specific to actin from smooth muscles. Its epitope lies in the first four N-terminal amino acids. This MAb does not stain cardiac or skeletal muscle; however, it does stain myofibroblasts and myoepithelial cells. This antibody could be used together with anti-muscle specific actin and myogenin in making a diagnosis of smooth muscle and skeletal muscle tumors. In most cases of rhabdomyosarcoma, this antibody yields negative results whereas anti-muscle specific actin and myogenin are positive.
