Biotium CF405M Protein Labeling Kit , 3x(1mg) labelings
This kit contains everything you need to label antibodies or other proteins with a fluorescent CF dye succinimidyl ester (CF dye SE). Each kit contains reagents for three labeling reactions of up to 1 mg protein per reaction. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Blue fluorescent CF405M dye has excitation/emission at 408/452 nm.
Biotium Mix-n-Stain™ CF660C Small Ligand Labeling Kit
Mix-n-Stain™ Small Ligand Labeling Kits are designed for rapid labeling of low molecular weight (MW 150 -5000) ligands without a purification step. Suitable ligands or substrates include SNAP-tag, CLIP-tag™ and HaloTag ligand derivatives that have an aliphatic amine. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red fluorescent CF660C dye has excitation/emission at 667/685 nm. It is suitable for labeling ligands for cell surface staining.

Biotium EB succinimidyl ester
The amine reactive succinimidyl ester of EB (ethidium bromide) can be conjugated to peptides, proteins, drugs, polymeric materials and biomolecules with primary amine groups. The conjugates are expected to be essentially nonfluorescent until they are able to complex with nucleic acids, resulting in red fluorescence. The conjugates might be useful for studies of nucleic acid binding to various biomolecules, such as DNA-binding proteins. It is also possible that conjugates of other biomolecules might be capable of monitoring their transport into the nucleus. EB dye conjugates of solid or semisolid matrices, such as microspheres, magnetic particles or various resins, might be useful for the detection or affinity isolation of nucleic acids.
