LysoView™ 540 is a red fluorescent dye that is highly selective for labeling and tracking of lysosomes in live cells, with no wash step required. With absorption and emission at 540/634 nm, the dye can be detected using a Cy3 filter set.
Biotium CF488A Maleimide
CF Dye Maleimides are thiol-reactive fluorescent dyes. Maleimides are commonly used to label proteins on free thiol groups. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Green fluorescent CF488A dye has excitation/emission at 490/515 nm.

LysoView™ 405 is a blue fluorescent lysosome stain for live cells. It has excitation at 318 and 400 nm and emission at 464 nm, for detection in the DAPI or Pacific Blue channels.

Biotium CD25(IL2RA/423), CF488A conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
Recognizes a protein of 55 kDa, identified as CD25. It is expressed on activated T- and B-cells and activated monocytes/macrophages. With respect to lymphomas, CD25 is present on malignant cells of Hodgkin's disease, HTLV-1 adult T-cell leukemia, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, and hair cell leukemia. Increased levels of soluble CD25 are observed in the leukemias/lymphomas and inflammatory/ autoimmune diseases. CD25 molecule alone appears to function as a low affinity receptor and associates with CD122 (IL-2R beta chain, p75) and CD132 (common gamma chain) to form the high affinity IL-2 receptor complex. CD25 antibodies detect three epitope regions, A, B and C. In Western blotting, this antibody reacts with two bands of ~MW of 210 kDa and 300 kDa, identified as two isoforms of Tenascin C. Specificity of this MAb is validated by sequential immunoprecipitation with a PAb against Tenascin C. Tenascin C is a multifunctional, disulfide-linkedhexameric extracellular matrix glycoprotein expressed in association with mesenchymal epithelial interactions during development and in the neo-vasculature and stroma of undifferentiated tumors. Aminooxy dyes have an aminooxy reactive group, which can be used to label a target molecule with an aldehyde or ketone group. An aminooxy group readily reacts with an aldehyde or ketone group to form a stable linkage without the use of a reducing agent.
