The included cell line overexpresses ProLink-tagged TrkB and an EA-tagged SH2 domain protein. It also overexpresses an untagged coreceptor, P75. Upon ligand-induced receptor activation, SH2-EA recruitment leads to production of EFC signal. Upon ligand-induced dimerization of TrkB-P75, detectable EFC signal is produced.
