DiaSys TruCal E is a set of four aqueous based calibrators with different levels containing biological additives from bovine origin. For veterinary or research use only. It is used for calibration of the DiaSys assays Sodium FS, Chloride 21 FS, and Potassium FS, or any other assays from other manufacturers that are used to measure Sodium, Chloride or Potassium. The unopened and opened bottles of DiaSys TruCal E must be stored at refrigerated. Once opened, DiaSys TruCal E is stable for at least 3 months.

Catenin/cadherin complexes play an important role in mediating cellular adhesion, including adherens junctions.Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF405S and CF405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.

Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
