These 40mL Clear Glass VOA/TOC Vials are precleaned to EPA Class 2 standards (processed), ensuring high purity for volatile organic analysis (VOA), total organic carbon (TOC) testing, and other regulated environmental applications. Each 27.5 x 95mm vial is made from durable borosilicate glass and comes pre assembled with a 24 414 white open top polypropylene (PP) screw cap and a 22mm natural PTFE/white silicone septa (3.0mm thick) for excellent chemical resistance and airtight sealing. Designed for environmental labs, water testing, and analytical procedures, these precleaned glass vials minimize contamination and reduce preparation time. The high resistance to thermal shock along with its maximum chemical resistance makes this the glass of choice for vials.Polypropylene caps have a septa bonded to the cap, using the Chemglass SURE-LINK™ process. This inert process bonds the .125” PTFE Faced Silicone septa directly to the cap without adhesives, making the caps autoclavable and able to withstand multiple injections.All vials are manufactured with the larger 24-400 thread, providing easier access for sampling or automation work.
