The Mitutoyo IP65 Digital Outside Micrometer is a precision measuring instrument used to measure the external dimensions of small objects. It has a measuring range of 0-25mm/0-1in with a resolution of 0.001mm/0.00005in. The micrometer has an ABSOLUTE linear encoder that provides resistance to shocks and vibrations. It is designed with ratchet stop for consistent measuring force and has a dust/water protection rating of IP65. The micrometer includes a certificate of inspection and comes with a SR44 battery. It can be used for high-accuracy measurements in harsh conditions.
