Hard Hat Suspensions

Head assembly devices sold separately to adjust the hard hat or cap height and tightness to assure a secure and comfortable fit. They are available in four-, six-, or eight-point suspensions. The greater number of suspension points ensures a better distribution of the force of impact. Pinlock suspensions adjust with interlocking straps. Ratchet suspensions are more commonly used and adjust with an easy-turn knob located at the back of the hard hat. Suspension brands should complement the same manufacturer.
