GA International NitroTAG – Cryogenic Barcode Labels for Liquid Nitrogen Storage
These labels are ideally suited for storage of small diameter cryo tubes and vials, polypropylene cryo/freezer boxes, cardboard freezer boxes, cell culture plates, and plastic bags in liquid and vapor phase liquid nitrogen (-196°C/-321°F), and lab freezers (-80°C/-112°F), as well as for dry ice transportation. Waterproof and made of a strong thermoplastic film, these labels can be immersed in liquid nitrogen immediately following application, and withstand multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Compatible with all common thermal-transfer printers, they can be printed on with alphanumeric text, barcodes, serial numbers, serial barcodes, and other types of information.

The Tough-Spots labels on a sheet are specially designed to be used for 0.5 mL tubes. The labels are resistant against chemicals and temperatures from -196C to 80C. This product can be put on several surfaces like most plastics, glass, vinyl, and metals. Any marking instrument can also be utilized to write on these labels. This product has a diameter of 3/8". It is sold in a pack of 3840 white labels.

These cryogenic labels have a clear overlap area and can be applied directly to frozen tubes and cryovials, even those difficult to label in deep-freeze conditions.
Frozen vials can be labeled seconds after removal from cryogenic storage and can be placed back into liquid nitrogen or a freezer for further conservation.
Designed for long-term preservation in liquid nitrogen freezers and dry ice, they can withstand temperatures up to +100 deg C and the extra permanent adhesive allows for application to frozen containers and at temperatures as low as -80 deg C. Temperature range is from -196°C to +100°C.
The labels are compatible with most brands of thermal transfer printers. For proper adherence to the frozen surface, we recommend applying the CryoSTUCK labels with an overlap of the transparent part of at least 0.25".
