Viewing Your Order History

You can view your order history in several ways:

  1. From the My Account dropdown, you can select Order Status and view an order summary.
    1. You can apply filters for dates and web orders specifically. 
    2. Also on the My Account dropdown are Recent Purchases with search filters by date, status, and PO number.
  2. On the dashboard you can view open, shipped, completed, and pending orders as well as invoices
  3. Within the dashboard you can also select Order Details to get detailed information on each order including invoices, packing slips and tracking.
  4. You can update notifications on the dashboard to stay up to date on all aspects of your orders. 
  5. You are able to toggle between Business Accounts, and search parameters include date, status and PO number.


NEW: Parcel Content

  • For warehouse orders that shipped after Nov. 24, 2023, customers can self-service a key post-purchase question, “"what is in the box?” by accessing the order details page from the Account drop down. Here, the tracking number is aligned to the item, allowing the customer to track the item through shipping to delivery.

NEW: Proof of Delivery

  • Within the Tracking Details page accesses through Order Details for your order, customers can now conveniently self-serve to access all documents critical to invoice payment processes: invoice, packing slip and proof of delivery (POD).
