Viewing Your Order History

Order History

To view your order history:

  • You can select Order Status at the top of the site to view order history by entering the order number and ZIP code or signing in.
  • You can apply filters available on the left hand side
  • You can view open, shipped, completed, and pending orders
  • You can view and download invoices, packing slips and proof of delivery documentation by clicking on View Details of an order
  • You are able to toggle between account numbers at the superuser level to view all orders made within your organization

Shipment Information

To find details about what's in your shipment, navigate to the My Account dropdown menu and select “Orders & Returns.” You'll find the tracking number linked to each item, making it easy to track your package from shipping to delivery. The parcel number displayed here matches the one on the lower right corner of your shipping label, helping you quickly identify the contents of your package.

Proof of Delivery

Easily retrieve a signed Proof of Delivery (POD) for your order’s shipments. POD information can be retrieved for 2 years.

Your signed proof of delivery can be accessed within the Order Status tool using your order number and ZIP code, or if you are logged into your existing account.

You can obtain your proof of delivery by:

  • Signing in to your account and navigating to "Order Status" at the top of the site. Then select "View Details" on the order you wish to find the proof of delivery for.
  • OR Clicking "Order Status" at the top of the site and entering the order number and ZIP code of the order you wish to find the proof of delivery for.

Proof of delivery documentation is found both on the Order Details page or you can narrow down by shipment by selecting “Track Shipment.” Under Order Shipment Tracking you will find a dedicated POD for that item/shipment.
