This analog is cell permeable and can be incorporated into RNA by polymerases. It is supplied as a lithium salt at ≥95% purity by TriLink BioTechnologies. The product has a molecular weight of 491.15 g/mol and is soluble up to 100 mM in water or buffer. It can be used to study RNA structure and function.
