The 10x ClearSort Sheath Fluid is a sterile, ready-to-use sheath fluid for flow cytometry applications. It is optimized for use with 10x Genomics' single cell platforms including the Chromium Controller, Chromium Single Cell Controller, and Chromium Single Cell A Chip Kit. The sheath fluid contains a proprietary mix of polymers and salts formulated to gently deliver cells into droplets while maintaining cell viability. It is manufactured under cGMP conditions and 0.2 micron sterile-filtered. The fluid is available in 1L bottles, sold in cases of 4. It has a 12 month shelf life when stored properly. The fluid is compatible with most cell types including PBMCs, immune cells, and cancer cells.
