Lin's Cupric Sulfate Medium | Wallerstein Laboratories Differential Agar (LCSM|WLD) Biplates. LCSM is a selective and non-differential medium used for the cultivation and isolation of wild yeast species. Cupric sulfate inhibits brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). WLD is a selective and differential medium used for the cultivation and isolation of bacteria. Cycloheximide inhibits fungi.
