24/40 Adapter Complete with Tubing, Stopcock and Fittings. Sampling adapter for use with a 24/40 outer joint on the reaction kettle lid. Adapter is supplied complete with a 90° bore valve enabling connection to a luer type syringe for product sampling. Adapter has three inlets for use with 1/8” OD PTFE tubing or optional 5mm OD silicone septa. Adapter and valve have 1/4”-28 female threads. Adapter is supplied complete with (3) CG-1164-N-02 Nuts, (3) CG-1164-F-02 ferrules and (2) CG-1166-10 solid plugs. Sampling valve is also supplied complete with nuts and ferrules. See CG-1037-16 for pierceable silicone septa.Complete adapter is supplied with 90° valve, 3-port 24/40 PTFE Adapter and 10ft of 1/8” OD PTFE tubing.
