2x PCR Master Mix Solution (i-StarTaq) is designed for PCR with high specificity, accuracy and convenience. All reagents required for PCR are contained in one tube, including i-StarTaq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, PCR reaction buffer, and gel loading buffer. The reaction can begin immediately by simply adding the template and primer. As gel loading buffer is included in the solution, gel loading can be completed without further treatment. The i-StarTaq DNA Polymerase in this master mix is a non-antibody-based, chemical-based HotStart enzyme that reduces nonspecific amplification and improves specificity and accuracy.
