It was also used in the synthesis of N-1-phenylethyl-3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)aniline via titanium-catalyzed hydroamination reaction and N,N?-bis[3,5-bis(tri-fluoromethyl)phenyl]thiourea, organocatalyst.
