Jacketed large scale process reaction vessels. The 30, 50, 75, and 100L have a 300mm ID flat ground flange. The inlet/outlet of the vessels are beaded pipe fittings for use with the CG-1964 and CG-1969-A beaded pipe adapters. These flush bottom (zero dead space) valves are designed to prevent solids from collecting in the bottom of the vessel. Vessels equipped with the 0-20mm sealed on valve are supplied complete with a TFE plug having Perfluoro chemically resistant o-rings. The 20, 30, 50, 75 and 100L vessels equipped with the detachable zero dead space valve have a lower silicone seal. Vessels are serial numbered and have a graduation scale on both sides showing the approximate volume.
