The 3M Vinyl Tape 164AW7 is a 2 inch wide vinyl electrical tape with a thickness of 7 mils. It is designed for insulating and protecting electrical wires and cables in temperatures ranging from 0 to 220 degrees Fahrenheit. The tape has an acrylic adhesive which sticks to metals, rubber, glass, and plastics. It is UL listed and can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications. The tape stretches easily to conform and wrap smoothly. It comes in a standard length roll of 60 yards and is flame retardant, resistant to abrasion, moisture, alkalies and acids.
