Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA, SabDex) is a selective and non-differential growth medium utilized for the cultivation of pathogenic and non-pathogenic fungi, including dermatophytes. Lecithin and Tween 80 are added to neutralize the antimicrobial effects of disinfectants and cleaning solutions used on environmental surfaces.• Product meets BAM, CLSI, ISO, NF, SMWW, and Harmonized USP/EP/JP reference methods and performance criteria.• SabDex w/LT should be used by trained professionals within a laboratory setting. • Product is not intended for use in the diagnosis or treatment of disease or other human conditions.
