  • Material: pharmaceutical-grade thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).
  • Inner diameter: 0.500 in (12.7 mm).
  • Outer diameter: 0.750 in (19.1 mm).
  • Wall thickness: 0.125 in (3.2 mm).
  • Standard coil length: 50 ft (15 m).
  • Color/translucency: Translucent for fluid visibility.
  • Sterilization: Gamma and x-ray irradiation up to 50 kGy (one-time); autoclave one-time at 121 °C for 30 minutes (repeated autoclaving may degrade tubing).
  • Temperature range: -67 °C to 135 °C.
  • Mechanical properties: Shore A 60 durometer; tensile strength ~1190 psi; elongation ~915%.
  • Working pressure: ~16 psi (1.1 bar) at 66 °F.
  • Typical applications: aseptic welding and sealing, peristaltic pumps, single-use assemblies, and bioprocess fluid transfer.
