The protein migrates as 26-30 kDa and 33-38 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Recombinant Human Midkine Protein at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Rhesus macaque Glypican 2, His Tag (Cat.
