Bio-reaction tubes consist of centrifuge tubes with a 0.22µm hydrophobic membrane in the vent cap. These tubes provide an environment perfect for small scale suspension culture or biological reaction experiments that require aseptic conditions with free gas exchange. Bio Reaction tubes are extremely useful in the screening and optimization processes of suspension cells. The reaction parameters can be optimized using small amounts of materials which can maximize the number of parallel experiments that can be done at the same time.Bio-reaction centrifuge tubes are available in 50mL conical bottom. The tubes feature easy-to-read, black graduations and a large, white marking area. Each tube has a vent cap with a 0.22µm hydrophobic membrane ultrasonically welded into the cap to allow gas exchange.
