50mm X 61cm chromatography column with 2mm bore, 1:5 taper solid PTFE stopcock plug, porosity B fritted disc sealed in at bottom, and a #15 Ace-Thred at top of column. Column comes with nylon bushing, FETFE o-ring, and tubing connector for connecting 12.5 to 14mm O.D. tubing to the column.
