The Model 195 MultiLap is a high specimen throughput polishing tool that that grinds and polish multiple specimens with precise control. up to 1" diameter and polished in 10-micron increments. Up to 6 separate pistons are used for holding specimen and controlling amount of material to be removed. Specimen mounts facilitate viewing in transmitted light, enhancing detection of features that require a light transparent specimen. Wear resistant Delrin plastic legs provide support and are gentle on abrasive films and media.

Tungsten carbide base resists wear and maintains sample planarity. Wide base ensures stability.
Wear ring is replaceable on some fixtures, extending the life.
Can be mounted in the Model 920 Lapping & Polishing Machine for semi-automatic processing.
Precisely crafted stainless steel construction ensures long life and high precision. Includes MultiLap Base, 6 x piston assembly, 6 x ring mounts, 6 x Delrin feet.
