The original 7X version concentrate is designed to clean laboratory plastic and glassware simply by soaking 2-3 hours with little or no scrubbing required. 7X is typically diluted to a final working solution (v/v) of 1-2%. A gallon of concentrate can make 50-100 gallons of cleaning solution. A final rinse in distilled water is recommended. Multipurpose detergent with phosphates and polyphosphates; anionic; foaming; high wetting and emulsifying power; mildly alkaline.The 7X-O-Matic is low-foaming and formulated to clean under pressure, heat and agitation.
