These ties are injection-molded of 6/6 nylon wont corrode or stretch. Durable locking mechanism holds securely even when used to bundle vibrating or flexing materials.Ties continue to hold tension even in oily spray or wet environments.Easily apply ties by hand or use a tensioning toolorder tools separately. Ties are UL-component recognized, and are self-extinguishing as per UL 94 Flam. Class: V-2 (models 06830-85 and -95 have a UL flame rating of UL94-HB). All solid design cable ties ("A", and "E" meet military specification MS3367 except the extra-heavy duty models (06830-42 and -99). Ties withstand temperatures to 185F (85C) and have a melting point of 495F (257C); except for barbed design cable ties which withstand temperatures to 167F (75C) and have a melting point of 425F (218C). All ties remain flexible to 40F (40C). Efficient range of ties may be higher or lower in your specific application.
