Thermo Scientific™ SureSTART™ <1 mL GOLD-Grade Glass Crimp Top Microvials (Level 3) are the elite choice for high-sensitivity LC-MS, GC-MS, and UHPLC workflows where analytes such as polar compounds or those affected by pH changes demand maximum sample stability and ultra-low adsorption.

These vials are made from Thermo Scientific™ GOLD-Grade low-adsorption glass, offering:

• Highest glass purity available
• Lowest surface activity
• Minimal pH shift and ultra-low adsorption for trace-level analysis.

These glass microvials are available in two different formats:

• 300 μL (usable volume of 250 μL) with a residual volume ~2 μL with a round bottom
• 200 μL (usable volume of 150 μL) with a residual volume ~2 μL with a conical bottom

Compatible with 6mm autosampler trays.

Made with high-purity clear glass, these vials minimize metal content, extractables, and leachables - critical for maintaining sample integrity and meeting US, EU, and JPN Pharmacopeia standards.
